Upcott Farmhouse can accommodate up to 15 guests making it ideal for large group weekends, corporate hospitality, country pursuits and family gatherings.

Well behaved dogs are welcome and you will find plenty of places to walk and enjoy the beautiful Exmoor countryside.

This is a fantastic base for the great 'Exmoor Experience'. Somewhere different to find every day and plenty of wildlife including Exmoor ponies and wild red deer to find. Close to several popular National Trust properties and to follow many country pursuits including golf, fishing, horse riding, hunting etc.

The farmhouse has 7 spacious bedrooms beautifully furnished each with a Freeview TV. A large farmhouse kitchen with 3 ovens, plenty of crockery and utensils for your use, a formal dining room large sitting room with TV and comfy sofas, boot room, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and much more. We have stabling if you wish to bring your horse and explore the many miles of bridleways.

There is also a heated indoor swimming pool for guests to use, lawns and garden to relax in.
